Cardholder Terms and Conditions

1. By enrolling for or using the REBEL REWARDS card, the cardholder agrees to be bound by the current REBEL REWARDS terms and conditions. REBEL REWARDS terms and conditions are subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of Rebel Oil Company. It is the cardholder’s obligation to keep informed of the latest terms and conditions.

2. REBEL REWARDS may only be earned at participating locations by purchasing current reward products.

3. REBEL REWARDS may only be redeemed at any participating Rebel Oil Comapny location. A maximum of 15 gallons of gas may be purchased in any single redemption transaction.

4. All REBEL REWARDS expire 30 (thirty) days from the earned date.

5. Lost, stolen or damaged cards are not the responsibility of Rebel Oil Company or its program partners. Lost, stolen or damaged REBEL REWARDS cards will be replaced subject the sole discretion of Rebel Oil Company.

6. REBEL REWARDS card must be presented at the time of purchase in order to redeem and earn rewards.

7. All REBEL REWARDS cards remain the property of Rebel Oil Company and/or its program partners at all times. Rebel Oil Company and/or its program partners reserve the right to cancel any REBEL REWARDS card at any time at its sole discretion.

8. Rebel Oil Company and/or its program partners are not responsible for errors resulting from computer hardware or software errors or failure, or for fraud.

9. Void where prohibited by law.
